Oh Yeah! Cartoons!

Characters

Rudy: Rudy loves to draw, especially his favorite superhero, Snap, and Snap’s archenemy, Bully Nerd. But when Rudy discovers a secret place behind the classroom chalkboard where his drawings come to life, he finds HIMSELF in the middle of his superhero’s battles. This is no daydream–welcome to the “Chalkzone!”

Slap T. Pooch: Slap is a dog on a mission: To find the answer to the one question that’s been driving him crazy. With the help of criminally insane gingerbread men, Slap may actually learn the truth behind “What Is Funny?”

Jelly & Hargus: Cousins can be strange, but Jelly’s cousin Hargus from Entrancelvania sets a new record for weirdness. When Jelly takes him to the beach, Hargus replaces the volleyball–with his head! But even the freakiest cousin can be helpful sometimes, and “Jelly’s Day” is hopefully one of those times!

Teddy & Art: Little Teddy and his canine companion Art blow a quarter on a supermarket vending machine. What comes out is an action robot that gets BIGGER and BIGGER and BIGGER. This turns out to be the best 25 cents they’ve ever spent–until the robot starts heading for the egg aisle in “25 Cent Trouble.”

Cat & Milkman: One cat, desperate for a meal. One milkman, determined to make his deliveries. One bottle of milk that means everything to both of them. Put it all together and what do you get? A mega-chase cartoon called–what else?–”Cat & Milkman.”

Thatta-Boy: In outer space, the bad guys are reallllllly bad. But who knew that evil Martians would go so low as to steal a guy’s own dog? What stands between us and the forces of cosmic ickiness?? Polly, space dog Zio and our hero, “Thatta-Boy”!

Hobart: Hobart buys a puppy for his best girl, Okra, to replace her pet toaster (hey, why not?). But the pup makes a break for freedom and takes off into a septic system (ewww!). Now, to get the puppy back, Hobart’s up against a Gremlin, a gigantic tree frog, and a large mosquito in “Hobart: Puppy Love.”

Kenny: Being the new kid in school can be a real drag. It certainly is for 7-year-old Nadya until she makes friends with the school janitor. But it turns out the janitor isn’t really a janitor at all: He’s Kenny the android in disguise! It’s Nadya’s lucky day when she hooks up with “Protecto 5000.”

Edward & Emo: Where do babies come from? When Edward and Emo’s parents decide to have another kid, the brothers want to know. Here’s a hint: They don’t come from eggs! Watch the boys figure it out in “Ask Edward.”

Peter & Persian: It’s a routine case for Peter Patrick (PP) and his faithful sidekick Persian Puss (also PP!). Someone has kidnapped a pooch. The prime suspects: Dr. Don’t and his henchman Torso. But PP and PP stumble into the trap of the Essence Extracting Ray. What do the bad guys want to extract? Brains? Hearts? Or something tastier? Whatever it is, “Peter Patrick, P.I.” is all over it!

Max: Ever have one of those days when you’re sure you left your brain on your nightstand? Max is having one of those days… for real! He actually sneezed so hard that his brain came out. As if that’s not enough, on the way to the doctor he left his brain in a taxi and now it’s gone. Will Max find his brain? Or is he doomed to spend the rest of his life as a paperweight? Find out in “Max’s Special Problem.”

Tutu: Think ballet dancers are wimps? Well think again, ’cause here comes Tutu, and she’s one tough superhero ballerina. She can rub her eyes with her foot, brush her teeth just by dancing and pick up conversations via her hair bun/mini satellite dish. And if you’re a bad guy stealing pets from a pet store, watch out–she’s “Tutu, the Superina,” and she’s your worst nightmare!

Blotto: Blotto’s a normal, healthy ink blot who’s fallen for Dotto, a lovely ink blot of the opposite sex. True love is never easy–not even for an ink blot. Blotto has to duke it out with the balloon blob to win Dotto’s heart in the comic book cartoon turned inside-out, “Blotto.”
